Shipping
All orders are processed within 36 hours of the order being placed, However, Priority & Priority Express orders are processed as they’re received and shipped that day if the order is placed by 3 p.m. We currently do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.If an order is placed on Friday after 3pm it won’t be processed until the following business day. (Monday and if Mondays’ a holiday then Tuesday).
PLEASE NOTE: processing times are not included in shipping times.
Hey Goddess! If you have a change of heart and your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it simply by replying to your emailed packing slip. However our payment processing charges a small fee for all transactions. so you will receive a refund in 3-7 days minus the small transaction fee which is determined based on the size of the order usually 3% of the total.
To cancel your order, please Contact Us with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order and it was shipped, we cannot cancel it but items can be returned for a merchandise credit.

Yes we do! We ship our products all around the world! Once you place your order our system will offer you shipping options based on your location. If your location isn’t being offered, please Contact Us and we’ll gladly add your country,
However, Please be mindful that the following shipping times do not include processing time as well as custom clearance time. Custom clearance times vary and it’s something we have zero control over and varies with every shipment and your country.
International orders are also subjected to taxes or duties. Please check with your country for more information.

Yes! We absolutely do deliver to APO & FPO addresses.
All APO / FPO shipments must be shipped using the United States Post Office (USPS).

We wish everyone was honest, but they’re not, soif you live in an area that may be subjected to theft please be sure to add ROUTE package protection at checkout or reuest to add a signature at checout. Also, track your package so you know when it’s gonna arrive that way you can be on the look out fo it. In the event your package is lost, stolen or damaged just login in to your ROUTE dashboard and start a claim. Be sure to Contact Us as well so we can assist you in the process.
