1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Items are TYPICALLY processed within 24 -48 hours … we do not process orders on the weekends. If you place an order on Friday after 2pm it won’t be processed until the following business day (Monday) PLEASE NOTE: processing times do not include shipping times.

5.WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All unworn, undamaged items in original packaging can be returned for a store credit which is issued on a GC. upon receipt and inspection of item is eligible for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. (see below for return address)
6. HOW DOES YOUR RETURN POLICY WORK, WHAT’S THE PROCESS?
all shoes will be sent with a return label. once we receive your unworn item in its original packaging and its approved for return you’re issued a gift card in the amount of your item, minus shipping costs. shoes are eligible for free return shipping if its a domestic order. (see below for return address)
7. I RECEIVED MY ITEM AND IT WAS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All items are inspected before sent out, however sometimes items are damaged during shipping. If you receive an item that’s damaged .. snap a pic and contact us immediately via email so the problem can be addressed promptly.
8. WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?
iI you haven’t received your order and your tracking says it was delivered, please shoot us an email with you order number and the phone number to your local USPS location so we can call on your behalf.
9. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AB STONES & CLEAR STONES.
AB stones are the colorful stones that shine differently depending on the colors it picks up from the colors around it, it gives a rainbow effect. AB is usually tints of pink, warm yellow, cool green and hints of violet. crystal AB stones provide the most sparkle.
CLEAR stones ..or known as DIAMENTES are clear and care completely transparent. (colorless) and they reflect one color and are made to appear like diamonds.
