Delivery Information

  • Hey Goddess, all orders are processed within 24 hours however, Priority & Priority Express orders are processed as they come in and shipped that day if the order is placed by 3 p.m.
  • We love weekends  as much as you do but currently we don’t process orders on weekends or Federal Holidays. If an order is placed on Friday after 3pm the order won’t be processed until the following business day (Monday) and if Monday is a holiday, then it will be shipped on Tuesday.
** Once you order your showday goodies, please review your order prior to finalizing checkout and make sure  that all of your delivery info was entered correctly. The information that’s initially entered is what’s transferred automatically to our shipping program.  We do not enter any shipping addresses manually. If you find an error on your invoice please contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email. Lost or Stolen Shipments:

Hey Goddess, please don\'t panic if your item was marked delivered but was never received .please Contact Us immediately and then please do the following.

  1. Ask family members and surrounding neighbors Contact the USPS and file a claim or file on ROUTE dashboard if you selected ROUTE protection at checkout. Contact us so we can file an additional claim as well on your behalf. File a police report (doing so can often alert you if this is an issue in your area as police may also check cameras in area during time of your delivery)

No you don’t have to but we HIGHLY advise you add signature confirmation if you live in a busy area. If you’re not home the carrier will leave your package in your mailbox, on your doorstep or with your doorman. If you’d rather your package not be left unattended apply signature confirmation at checkout that way the carrier won’t deliver the package till someone signs for it and if they’re unsuccessful obtaining a signature they will leave a note for you to pick up your package at your local post office.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return for store credit your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must also be in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once item(s) are received and inspected a merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Credit will be issued. All items must unworn/unused and be sent back in its original packaging including all the original contents in the box.. Please DO NOT affix any labels or tape directly on the shoe box itself. Please place the item in a box or shipping envelope. After inspection, any orders received that don’t meet these conditions will be automatically sent back and the exchange or merchandise credit will not be issued.
Jewelry is extremely delicate and can be damaged easily during the shipping process. At your own risk, within 14 days of purchase date we will gladly accept exchanges or return for an ATGG merchandise credit. Please send items back in it's original packaging with invoice (minus personalized cards and discount cards) securely to ensure item won't be damaged in the shipping process. If we receive damaged items we will not be able to accommodate you and items will be automatically sent back. All item pass a quality inspection prior to being sent out, however items are sometimes damaged during the shipping process. If you receive an item that’s damaged, Contact Us immediately via email along with a pic of the damaged items along with your order number so we can send you a shipping label to process the exchange. Your new items will be shipped once we confirm the shipment is in transit back to us.
If sometime has passed since your order has been shipped or your tracking states it was shipped and says delivered but you never received it, please Contact Us with your order number that way we can call the shipping carrier on your behalf.
