- Hey Goddess, all orders are processed within 24 hours however, Priority & Priority Express orders are processed as they come in and shipped that day if the order is placed by 3 p.m.
- We love weekends as much as you do but currently we don’t process orders on weekends or Federal Holidays. If an order is placed on Friday after 3pm the order won’t be processed until the following business day (Monday) and if Monday is a holiday, then it will be shipped on Tuesday.
** Once you order your showday goodies, please review your order prior to finalizing checkout and make sure that all of your delivery info was entered correctly. The information that’s initially entered is what’s transferred automatically to our shipping program. We do not enter any shipping addresses manually.

Lost or Stolen Shipments:
Hey Goddess, please don\'t panic if your item was marked delivered but was never received .please Contact Us immediately and then please do the following.
- Ask family members and surrounding neighbors
Contact the USPS and file a claim or file on ROUTE dashboard if you selected ROUTE protection at checkout.
Contact us so we can file an additional claim as well on your behalf.
File a police report (doing so can often alert you if this is an issue in your area as police may also check cameras in area during time of your delivery)

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return for store credit your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All returned items must also be in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once item(s) are received and inspected a merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Credit will be issued. There are absolutely no refunds issued at this time.

All items must unworn/unused and be sent back in its original packaging including all the original contents in the box.. Please DO NOT affix any labels or tape directly on the shoe box itself. Please place the item in a box or shipping envelope.
After inspection, any orders received that don’t meet these conditions will be automatically sent back and the exchange or merchandise credit will not be issued.
Jewelry is extremely delicate and can be damaged easily during the shipping process. At your own risk, within 14 days of purchase date we will gladly accept exchanges or return for an ATGG merchandise credit.
Please send items back in it's original packaging with invoice (minus personalized cards and discount cards) securely to ensure item won't be damaged in the shipping process. If we receive damaged items we will not be able to accommodate you and items will be automatically sent back.
