Hey Goddess! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our fabulous jewelry and shoe website. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know:
- Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds on any purchases, but we're happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style. If that doesn't work, we'll gladly supply you with a credit for future use.
- Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure there are NO LABELS directly on shoe boxes and that jewelry is securely packed.
- Non-Qualifying Items: If we receive an item that doesn't qualify for an exchange after inspection, the item will be automatically sent back to you.
⚠️ Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible.
⏰ Timeframe for Exchanges
You must request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we cannot accept any exchanges.
🚚 Shipping Fees
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the entire exchange process. This means you must pay for shipping the item back to us as well as the shipping for the new item.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We'll provide you with instructions for returning your item and processing your exchange.

We do not accept exchanges on any items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way. This includes general wear and tear of items.

👠 Competition Posing Heels
All items must be unworn/unused and sent back in their original packaging, including all original contents in the box. Please DO NOT affix any labels or tape directly on the shoe box itself. Place the item in a box or shipping envelope.
After inspection, any orders received that don’t meet these conditions will be automatically sent back, and the exchange or merchandise credit will not be issued.
💍 Competition Jewelry
Jewelry is extremely delicate and can be damaged easily during the shipping process. At your own risk, within 14 days of the date received, we will gladly accept exchanges or return for an ATGG merchandise credit.
Please send items back in their original packaging (excluding personalized and discount cards) securely to ensure the item won’t be damaged during shipping. If we receive damaged items, we will not be able to accommodate your request, and the items will be automatically sent back.

📦 Delivery Information
Hey Goddess, all orders are processed within 24-36 hours. However, Priority & Priority Express orders are processed as they come in and shipped the same day if the order is placed by 3 p.m..
We love weekends as much as you do, but currently, we don’t process orders on weekends or Federal Holidays. If an order is placed on Friday after 3 p.m., it won’t be processed until the following business day (Monday). If Monday is a holiday, the order will be shipped on Tuesday.
Once you order your showday goodies, please review your order prior to finalizing checkout and ensure that all of your delivery information was entered correctly. The information initially entered is automatically transferred to our shipping program. We do not enter any shipping addresses manually. If you find an error on your invoice, please Contact Us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email. At this time, we don’t cover reshipping fees for items returned due to incorrect shipping information.

Hey Goddess, please don’t panic if your item was marked as delivered but was never received. Please Contact Us immediately and follow these steps:
- Ask family members and surrounding neighbors if they have received the package.
- Contact USPS and file a claim.
- Contact us so we can file an additional claim on your behalf.
- File a police report. This can help alert authorities to potential theft issues in your area and may assist in locating the package through local camera footage.
