Hey Goddess! We want you to absolutely love your sparkle from All That Glitters GEMS. Because of the nature of our luxury jewelry and stage accessories, we offer returns only — no refunds or direct exchanges.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive your balance — minus any applicable restocking or replacement fees — on an All That Glitters GEMS digital gift card. You can use it anytime toward your next glam purchase. ✨

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom, worn, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To begin a return, please email info@allthatglittersgems.com to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs unless otherwise approved by ATGG. In certain circumstances, return shipping fees may be covered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

💫 Jewelry Returns

All jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was sent. Please ensure all items are packed correctly in the original packaging they arrived in. Jewelry should be secure and protected — not loose or floating around — to prevent damage during shipping.

If jewelry arrives damaged or improperly packed, we will be unable to process your return, and the item will be sent back to you.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all jewelry returns if you are not exchanging for another item. The remaining balance, minus any applicable fees, will be issued as an ATGG digital gift card.

Custom jewelry, limited-edition pieces, and clearance styles are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

👠 Competition Heels

All competition heels must be returned in new, unworn condition with the original shoe box and packaging intact. Please try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface only. We cannot accept shoes showing visible wear, residue, or scuffs.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible heel returns. Once processed, your remaining balance will be issued on an ATGG gift card for future use.

Please do not tape, label, or write directly on the shoe box. Any shoe box returned with tape, labels, or writing will incur a $7 replacement fee to cover the cost of a new box and packaging materials.

Boxes that arrive damaged or crushed will also incur a $7 replacement fee. To avoid this, please place your shoe box inside a separate shipping box before returning.

Custom or clearance heels are final sale and not eligible for return.

Due to shipping logistics, customs fees, and handling complexities, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@allthatglittersgems.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so our team can review your case individually.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@allthatglittersgems.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos of the issue and packaging. Our team will review and respond with the next steps on a case-by-case basis.

🎁 Gift Card Policy

All approved returns are credited to an All That Glitters GEMS digital gift card. Gift cards are delivered via email once your return is processed and can be used anytime toward future purchases at allthatglittersgems.com.

ATGG gift cards do not expire and have no maintenance fees.

Our jewelry and accessories are designed for adults and should not be worn by children under the age of 12 in the United States. Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Always supervise minors around jewelry pieces and store items safely out of reach.

📦 Delivery Information

Hey Goddess, all orders are processed within 24-36 hours. However, Priority & Priority Express orders are processed as they come in and shipped the same day if the order is placed by 3 p.m..

We love weekends as much as you do, but currently, we don’t process orders on weekends or Federal Holidays. If an order is placed on Friday after 3 p.m., it won’t be processed until the following business day (Monday). If Monday is a holiday, the order will be shipped on Tuesday.

Once you order your showday goodies, please review your order prior to finalizing checkout and ensure that all of your delivery information was entered correctly. The information initially entered is automatically transferred to our shipping program. We do not enter any shipping addresses manually. If you find an error on your invoice, please Contact Us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email. At this time, we don’t cover reshipping fees for items returned due to incorrect shipping information.

🚨 Lost or Stolen Shipments

Hey Goddess, please don’t panic if your item was marked as delivered but was never received. Please Contact Us immediately and follow these steps:

  • Ask family members and surrounding neighbors if they have received the package.
  • Contact USPS and file a claim.
  • Contact us so we can file an additional claim on your behalf.
  • File a police report. This can help alert authorities to potential theft issues in your area and may assist in locating the package through local camera footage.
