Return and Exchange Policy
At All That Glitters GEMS , NPC & IFBB competition jewelry & shoes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.
Within 14 days of receiving your item we will gladly honor an exchange for another item or a return which is issued as a store credit for any unused items in its original packaging. please note, shoes returned with shipping labels or tape affixed directly on shoe box will not qualify for an exchange or return and will be automatically sent back. We do not cover shipping on return or exchange items.
We’re thrilled our pieces are in such high demand! Occasionally, some items may sell out, but rest assured we’re on top of stock levels and expect fresh bling back within a couple of weeks. If you've pre-ordered a piece that’s currently out of stock and it’s taking a bit longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
