Exchange & Return

Hey Goddess! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our fabulous jewelry and shoe website. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know:

  1. Exchanges only: We do not offer refunds on any purchases, but we're happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style and if that doesn't work, we'll gladly supply you with a credit for use later. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. And Please NO LABELS directly on shoe boxes as well as Jewelry securely packed. If we receive an item that doesn't qualify for an exchange after inspection, the items will be automatically sent back.

  2. Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible.

  3. Timeframe for exchanges: You must request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we cannot accept any exchanges.

  4. Shipping fees: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the entire exchange process. which means you must pay for the shipping back to us as well as the new item. 

  5. Process for exchanges: To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We'll provide you with instructions for returning your item and processing your exchange.

  6. Exceptions: We do not accept exchanges on any items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way. This includes general wear and tear of items.

Competition Posing Heels:

All items must unworn/unused and be sent back in its original packaging including all the original contents in the box.. Please DO NOT affix any labels or tape directly on the shoe box itself. Please place the item in a box or shipping envelope.

After inspection, any orders received that don’t meet these conditions will be automatically sent back and the exchange or merchandise credit will not be issued.

Competition Jewelry:

Jewelry is extremely delicate and can be damaged easily during the shipping process. At your own risk, within 14 days of the date received we will gladly accept exchanges or return for an ATGG merchandise credit.

Please send items back in it’s original packaging (minus personalized cards and discount cards) securely to ensure item won’t be damaged in the shipping process. If we receive damaged items we will not be able to accommodate your request and items will be automatically sent back.

We are not responsible for any shipping fees involved in the exchange & return process.

All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE. 

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped without ROUTE package protection and lost. For $1 per $100 spent you can insure your package against loss, damage or theft. 

**Please make sure your shipping address is correct to prevent any delays in receiving your order.

ATGG does not cover reshipping fees for incorrect address info.
